CrySense is operated by DAT Advisory Service LLP. The app provides age-aware baby cry guidance for parents and caregivers of children from 0 to 30 months.

Information We Collect
- Parent account details such as name, email address, login method, and optional backup email.
- Child profile details such as child name, gender, date of birth, current age, and membership status.
- Baby cry audio clips uploaded or recorded in the app for analysis.
- Analysis results, parent feedback, app feedback, and parent stories submitted by signed-in users.
- Payment and subscription information required to process Razorpay orders and generate invoices.
- Basic technical data such as request logs, device/browser information, and security/session data.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage parent and child profiles.
- To analyze baby cry recordings and provide suggested guidance.
- To provide one free cry check per child and manage child-wise membership access.
- To collect parent-confirmed feedback and improve CrySense accuracy over time.
- To process subscriptions, Razorpay payments, GST invoices, support requests, and service notices.
- To protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and prevent misuse.
Audio Recordings
Cry audio is used to provide the analysis requested by the parent. Where audio is retained for service review or improvement, it is retained only for the period needed for review and is intended to be removed from active storage after the review window. CrySense is not a medical diagnosis tool and should not replace professional medical advice.
Children's Data
CrySense is designed for use by parents or legal guardians. Children should not create accounts directly. Parents are responsible for providing accurate child profile information. Date of birth changes may require supporting documentation to prevent misuse of subscription eligibility.
Payments And Invoices
Payments are processed through Razorpay. CrySense does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials. Invoices may be issued by DAT Advisory Service LLP with applicable GST details.
Sharing Of Information
We do not sell parent or child data. We may share limited information with service providers who help operate the app, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, and support services.
Your Choices
- You may request correction or deletion of your parent or child profile data.
- You may request removal of parent stories or app feedback submitted by you.
- You may contact us for questions about retained audio or feedback used for improvement.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, child profile, audio, and payment-related data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this privacy policy as CrySense evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
